Swim Suit-up!

[Its Wednesday already and I still haven't posted about last weekend. My poor blog was displeased with me. So what did I do to perk it up ? 2 posts back to back. Mommy still loves u baby-blog!]

Some people love themselves so much that they make sure they'll enjoy every minute of their waking hours. Everyday they'll pamper themselves with something new. They'll stay away from people who make them sad. They will not criticize others and expect same thing in return. They'll have full faith in themselves, that even if they fail to stand up to their own expectations, they'll forgive themselves and stand up with more poise than ever.

And the sole purpose of writing above paragraph referring to anonymous people, is to believe that there are more creatures like me!

After trying (and quitting next day!) almost all types of workout forms, I've finally stopped on swimming! I love water. All these years I used to swim just for fun. But when I've publicly accepted that I am no good in any other kind of exercise form, I had to take swimming seriously.

So now a days, I'm not spending hours shopping at Zara or relishing Italian food with extra Parmesan or reading fiction novels whole night! I'm pampering myself with oh-so-good-swimming-sessions! I'm happy that I'm getting complete cardio + breathing exercise in one form of workout! People might have different opinions about swimming, but for me, it's the most fun-to-do exercise. I had never felt happy n energetic after workouts ever. 2 weeks and still counting makes me believe that this will go a long way.

So the new motto (along with 'I'm awesome' :P) is Swim Suit-up!!
